Restaurant 108 opened their doors to the public in late July and has already become one of 2016’s top headlines among foodies across the globe. The restaurant is an offspring of the four times The-Best-Restaurant-in-the-World-awarded, Noma, and has a prerequisite to become a Copenhagen classic. At Malte Gormsen we worked closely with architect studio, Space Copenhagen, to bring their design to life. Apart from creating the interior for the restaurant and the coffee-and-wine-bar, we also crafted the bespoke tables, benches and bar stools in solid oak at our workshop in Copenhagen.
